If you are sluggish, suffer from brain fog and have gained weight, your thyroid might be to blame. With studies showing women are 5-8 times more likely to develop thyroid disease, it’s no wonder us gals feel frustrated. However, do not give up yet. I was diagnosed over 15 years ago, and I want to let you in on my blueprint so that you can energize your thyroid naturally as I have.

There are conventional doctors that still think that once you are on medication, that is all you can do. After years of figuring out what works and what doesn’t, I have lost my weight and kept it off. I have found natural energy and get great sleep. AND, when I went through menopause, I found ways to feel vital and get through the day.

Although thyroid disease is still a mystery for many. Coaching women into ways to feel great, move better and look amazing at any age…is my mission.

My mother was diagnosed over 30 years ago as well, and with my plan, she has found a vibrancy that she thought was lost. At 81 years young, she and my father are back to the gym, and training with me 2 times weekly. If you are ready to put weight gain behind you, and energy at the front of every day…follow these few tips below, and energize your thyroid naturally so that you can live life to the fullest and take back your youthful days.

Although medication might be necessary for you, there are daily steps that you can take to optimize your energy levels, and get back to a full life.

#1. Cut back on sugar, and diet sugars and energy drinks.

These chemicals have no place in a body that is already “fighting” to normalize its energy output.

#2. Eat foods without preservatives, additives, or chemicals.

Eat organic, and grass-fed animal protein and tons of organic plant-based foods.

A stellar diet rich in superfoods and nutrients is imperative if you want to optimize your energy output.

#3. If cardio is your only method of exercise, that might be too hard on your overtaxed system.

Aim for short sessions of exercise that doesn’t tax your body, or your adrenals. Use the largest muscles in your body and move through the full range of motion to stay lean and supple.

#4 . Best tip? FInd a D.O. or a health care practitioner that KNOWS that diet and lifestyle will change how your thyroid functions.

BE a  part of your health care plan.
