We are attacked daily with chemical invaders in our soil, air, and of course, our food. With illness and weight gain, lethargy and hormones that are out of whack, we need hormone balancing with detoxification.
Right before around the age of 40, our bodies start to shift. We can become slaves to our hormones and keep doing what we are doing. Or, we can make daily changes that lead to feeling great, and not fearing the next birthday.
As women, we are often riding the waves of hormones that make us feel poorly, on a monthly basis. As we get older, they make our skin dry, our bodies frail and our minds foggy.
What we eat, how or if we exercise and how we sleep is how we can detoxify our bodies and purge horrible toxins. We don’t have to follow crazy cleanses or fads, and actually, those methods are what have made many women unable to rid their bodies of belly fat.
I used to exercise for hours. Ate diet foods, and was unable to stay asleep as I was filled with the toxic buildup from poor food choices and too much of the wrong exercise. I was miserable and had constant hormonal issues.
When I shifted my mindset and decided to use hormone balancing with detoxification practices, I was amazed. I started to feel energized. I started to want to exercise. When I realized I didn’t have to starve, let alone work out for hours, my body stared to change.
We are filled with inflammation. Inflammation that forces our bodies to work overtime. Cleansing and purging the body of inflammation is key in looking and feeling young. It is the difference between your body doing what it was meant to do, or…feeling tired and older every day.
I have spent the last 20 years feeling better than ever. I now look younger than I did in my 30’s. I wear a bikini.
