Losing weight is not that hard. However, gaining it back seems easier. Most people, especially women, have followed some form of a “crash diet” at some point. Today I am going to discuss how to Lose Weight Effectively so that you never gain it back again.

Weight fluctuations throughout life are common. Most weight gain issues are more prevalent as we pass up 40. If we are female and over 45, hormones seem to dictate how hard it is for us to keep weight off.

Gaining weight seems to happen overnight, and losing it seems impossible no matter what worked in the past. The biggest reason is that once we are past 45, hormones take over. The great news is that we don’t have to sit back and watch our waistlines grow.
