I have been in the women’s health and anti-aging space for over 25 years. I have battled my weight in the past. Have a thyroid disorder that I have nearly conquered and am a gym owner.
With several digital products geared towards women’s health and anti-aging under my belt, I KNOW what women want. However…what they need is a different story.
Just yesterday, I was talking to a woman that told me that she has gained over 20 pounds since she turned 40. The next thing she said was a “classic misconception” that I have heard women say for years. “I need to stop eating and get on the treadmill to lose this weight”.
Unfortunately, that is one of the hardest things I still find with women and weight loss. They still believe that eating less and cardio will be the magic ticket. They couldn’t be more wrong.
