 I broke my metabolism when I was in my early 30’s. How? By eating “diet” foods and by running my ass off (literally) on the treadmill. I’m going to show you how to fix your broken metabolism in 20 minutes every other day.
If you look around your gym that you might frequent, or know any extreme cardio girls…then you know what I mean when I say…sorry girls…but you are ” running your asses off.”
The girls with the tight curves and lean muscles don’t get em from doing cardio. They don’t get em from following every trendy diet that cuts out entire food groups either.
And, they certainly don’t get those killer firm and round buns and trim flat belly’s .. from Zumba.
Those types of exercises can believe it or not, cause you to gain weight. 
Sure, it’s fun to dance with friends and get a sweat going. But is that all you want and is your body looking better than when you started?
I didn’t think so because I KNOW it isn’t. 
I know why because I used to do back to back aerobic classes 5 times per week and I kept getting fatter.
