Here are 3 tips to kickstarting your metabolic rate, and finally making your body look and feel better.

1. Grab some weights. 

Forget cardio only workouts that leave you exhausted, and burn through muscle. By even adding a small amount of muscle to your body, you will burn calories even when you are not working out.

2. Use the HIIT method of training.

IF you want to do a cardio workout, make it hard and short. High Intensity Interval Training has been proven to burn fat faster than long steady state cardio.
