After years of owning a gym and coaching women, I did a survey. I asked every woman that I came into contact with what one thing they wish they had. About 90% of them said “energy”. That is how I came up with my 21 Day Ageless Energy Meal Plan.
Women wished they had the energy to work out. Wished they had the energy to make it through the day. Wished that they slept better, because they had no energy. Complained that IF they had more energy…they would lose weight and feel better.
Most of them blamed it on aging, no time, and hormones,
However, when I asked them to list the foods that they ate that day…I was shocked.
None of them ate ANY foods that energize the body.
Most of them ate either low fat, or low carb diets, and rarely did they eat foods that had multi-benefits.
I have a thyroid disorder that leaves most women overweight and tired. Too tired to exercise. Too tired to cook. Too tired to think about being fit.
