Your skin is your body’s biggest organ. That means that every skincare item you put ON your skin goes INTO your body. That’s why I choose chemical-free skincare for women.
There are so many chemicals in skincare, that most of them create exactly what you don’t want to see. What you do want in skincare are ingredients that prevent aging. That in addition to reducing fine lines, warding off more damage, and helping you look younger!
As a woman who is over 50, I want foods that ward off inflammation, and skincare that does the same that I trust.
I am excited to tell you about a skincare line that comes from plants. Soothing plants such as coconut oil and aloe vera. Plants that calm inflammation whether it be acne, or dryness.
I just threw out some old skincare when I realized that half of the ingredients were going to do more harm than good.
Some of the ingredients were found to be pore clogging, instead of pore refining. Little did I know that the little bumps around my nose and chin were from an expensive skincare line!
I’m planning on aging slowly by what I eat, how much I move to stay stronger, and what I put onto my skin.
