Posted: May 21, 2011

This workout will keep your heart rate up, your metabolism cranked, and fatigue your muscles in 20 minutes. Remember the key here is intensity! Use a weight that challenges you around the 8th rep. but not too heavy to go right into the next exercise. So, 6 exercises in a row. 5 minute warm up, 5 minute cool down and stretch.
Remember, a workout like this can stoke your fat burn in your body for up to 36 hours, all by kicking ass for 20 minutes. Now grab some weights, and some water, crank up the ipod, and get sweaty!!!

5 minute warm up (cardio of your choice)

10 Squat Jumps  (explode with arms overhead, landing w soft knees into a deep squat, right into next jump)
10 Standing Shoulder Presses
10 Walking lunges
10 Push- ups
10 Stationary Squats
10 Dumbbell Bent over Rows

Rest 2-3 Minutes

Repeat Sequence 4 Times

Cool down, and Stretch

Refuel, Rehydrate, Recuperate!

Do this 2-3 times weekly, depending on your fitness level. Remember, all of the great workouts in the world are only as good as your diet to fuel your energy, and build your muscles.
