Being called “the energizer bunny” usually doesn’t happen when you’re hypothyroid, let alone have 3 careers.
Right now, I’m sitting on my screened in porch, blogging and thinking of the calls I had all week with people in their 20’s and 30’s. Each one of then at one point, told me that my energy was infectios.
They all wanted to know “my secret.” All I could say was that “I get a good nights sleep, exercise enough, try to reduce stress, eat tons of veggies and fruits and cook healthy as much as possible”.
Also mentioning that I never followed a named diet, but that I considered myself a “diet hacker,” knowing that each diet does have a place…but not all at once.
