Healing Inflammation with Food

Inflammation is what is killing us. From chronic pain to autoimmune disorders…we are on a painful and fatigued path to the end. Today I want you to realize that healing inflammation with food is possible.

Our air, soil, food, and lifestyles are forcing us to look to doctors for healing. Unfortunately, all the medical world is good at, is prescribing medication.

Whether it’s your heart or your thyroid, skin or your prostate…whatever is inflamed will cause you grief.

In the world of quick fixes and processed foods, most of us think that eating healthy is a chore. I’m actually sitting here writing this post eating a plant-based soup that I made last night.

Plants have the ability to heal.

With healing powers that come from their dense sources of nutrients, these foods must fill your plate so that you can live long and strong.

Healing inflammation with food is simple.

Add the list of foods to your daily plate and see how your body’s natural healing starts to take place within days.

Need to lose weight or lower blood pressure? Plants will help.
Want to reboot energy levels and athletic performance? Eat more foods that grew in the ground, instead of animal sources.

Copy this list and live by it. This is a small list of what you can go out and purchase today…so that tomorrow is healthier and happier! Fight disease and chronic health issues by eating a plant-based diet.

START WITH THIS LIST AND KEEP ADDING TO IT!

Lentils, kidney beans, black beans, great northern beans.

Romaine, Spinach, Kale, Arugula

Avocados, Avocado Oil, Olives and Olive oil.

Sweet potatoes, Yukon Gold Potatoes, Red Potatoes

Cauliflower, Cabbage, Brussels Sprouts, Broccoli, Mushrooms

Garlic, Onion, Cilantro, Rosemary, Dill

Blackberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Bananas

Oats, Brown Rice, Quinoa, Nuts, and Seeds

Grill ’em, put them in a crock-pot, roast them, or eat them raw. Steam them. Blend them, or sautee them together.

Whatever and however you decide to eat them…JUST DO IT OFTEN!

If you’ve struggled with chronic health issues, they won’t be cured with pills. Healing is possible with what Mother Nature gave us in abundance.

All you have to do is take this knowledge and put it into healing action!
