How to Cut Back on Alcohol

Let’s face it. The times are tough, we are stressed to the max, and…having “just one more drink” sometimes, is what ends up happening. Maybe you have a glass of wine with a meal, with no intention of having another…then the next thing you know the bottle is empty. If you have wondered how to cut back on alcohol – you came to the right place!

Possibly you drink, a couple of nights per week, or maybe you only have a glass of wine or two every night. Do you think it’s too much?

Well. I’m not here to judge, but…if you have wondered if you drink too much, then you most likely do.

And, it does add up and does NOTHING for your health. As a matter of fact, it puts on weight with the useless calories, and then either causes you to grab some unhealthy snack, or wake up starving for something not so healthy.
