Aging happens to us all. But how we age is what matters. Some of us come from families that age well, and some of us come from what we say is a “bad gene pool.” I am here to show you how to feel and look younger no matter what you have believed in the past.

Men age with grace and women feel poorly about themselves. We starve ourselves and try extreme exercise programs. Most of these programs are geared towards men!

As a women’s coach, I want to share with you what seems to be a secret. Not even my doctor helped me when I was struggling, so I set out on my own.

For years I did what most women do. I dieted. Struggled with weight gain and fatigue. Then, I resorted to hours of cardio AND dieting. This nearly shot my adrenals and really did a number on my thyroid hormones.

Do you think that I lost weight in the process? Of course not. Actually, I gained weight and was desperate for an answer.

Cutting out too many calories depletes our precious muscle tissue. Muscle tissue wastes away as we age and that causes us to look weaker, older, and less firm.
