Inflammation and Menopause

Menopause Belly is one of the most common issues with Inflammation and Menopause. That extra bit of flab goes with that daily exhaustion that makes you too tired for exercise. Unfortunately, women find that they not only are exhausted, but their clothes seem to fit poorly, and they don’t have the drive they had a few years back.

It’s not entirely your fault if you have gained weight. You may have tried exercise or diets, and all they do is make you more tired, and crabby since you are starving. The old notion that more exercise and less food works for women over 40 is basically out of date.

A doctor actually told me to “walk more’ and the weight would come off….yeah right.

As a woman over 55, that HAS tried diets and extreme exercise that did nothing but make my hormones and thyroid battle even harder…I am happy to say those days are behind me.
