Menopause Belly, Bloated and Tired?

Posted: March 23, 2018

Hey Girls, Menopause, aging and feeling bloated is bad. Being tired is something we don’t have time for right?I know first hand what it’s like to feel like you are in someone else’s body. Or…maybe you wish you were haha. No, really. I not only already experienced menopause, I also was diagnosed with a thyroid disorder a few years before that. Sometimes when you look into the mirror, even looking at that menopause belly that’s bloated simply makes you tired. RIght?

Girls have to go through all the hard stuff. Whether it’s fair or not, doesn’t matter. What matters is that you have options now that were not known to us before!

You never want to experience what my mom did. I wish that my mom had my knowledge when I watched her lay on the couch feeling lethargic, hormonal and ill. There was a time that I was super worried for my mom when I was in my early 30’s and she was going through the change. She seemed SO sick and I wanted to help but didn’t have the tools. I kept asking her to find a new doctor, but she said all of the doctors said the same thing. That she just “had to deal with it’ and that “it was part of aging”.

I knew that I never wanted to experience menopause like my mom did. And I went on a mission to help my mom get better, to make sure I never went through what she did…and I want to share how you can feel, better, lose the weight and take back your life AND energy levels like you did when you were young.

LISTEN TO MY STORY HERE.
