Craig knows the importance of being able to move freely, without injury in a body that can take you through life. He retired early from the Fire Department after seeing too many people calling 911 that were too young to be doing so!
At Michigan Kettlebells, Craig vowed to help people get fit. With top coaches leading every class, you can take your body and your health with functional strength to a new level. If you are in your 20’s or in your 70’s we can coach you to move better and feel great.
Forget trendy diets that everyone is on and machines in gyms that are boring. Cardio alone is not going to change your shape, nor will it prepare you for movement without injury later on in life.
A mixture of bodyweight exercises, weights, and kettlebells in addition to other tools will get you stronger with better movement. We also offer nutrition programs that are tailored to you personally…not some trendy diet that everyone else is following that doesn’t fit your lifestyle.
