Ah! Finally! Sunshine, Fresh Air, and Sweat! My Favorites! Who wants to work out indoors after a long, cold, winter when you can kick it up a notch with a quick, fat torching workout?

 No weights required. Just a few props, maybe a kettlebell, a tire, a sandbag, an imagination, and you are set.
