With all of the stress, sitting on laptops working from home, and lockdowns, it’s no wonder we are putting on weight. As a gym owner and fat loss expert, I coach people to have a lifestyle change and Permanent Weight Loss.

  1. Eat protein with every meal and snack. Protein keeps you full and prevents muscle wasting. When you cut calories, you lose muscle mass which actually slows down your metabolic rate.
  2. Eat for energy! In my programs, the focus is on eating SUPERFOODS that give you SUPER energy. Most diets cause you to feel fatigued and in no mood to exercise.
  3. Exercise to build lean muscle tissue. If all you do is cardio or yoga, you need to add in some form of bodyweight or resistance training that prevents muscle wasting that happens as we age, and with calorie restriction. MUSCLE is the key to lasting weight loss.
