Physical Therapy Approach Exercise Plan for Women

I have a friend that retired from being a Physical therapist. You know why? She created a physical therapy approach exercise plan for women.

I was on a Skype call with her and she looked no less than 10 years (more like 15 yrs) younger than she really is! She created a best selling follow along workout program for women. For beginners, and for women that are looking to feel and move as if they were younger!
The program is so fantastic, that she quit her physical therapy job…and now spends all of her time coaching women to look, and move like they are years younger!
