Reducing Back Pain

Posted: July 10, 2018

Back pain is said to be one of the biggest reasons that people miss work and take medication. Reducing back pain has been what many alternative medical practitioners focus on for this reason.

When back pain starts, most people know what they did that made the pain start. If you are on that has suffered for years, perhaps you don’t know all of the factors that can contribute to your pain, let alone get rid of it.

Many doctors are not even aware of the connection of the front of the body to the back as far as pain goes. Unless you are seeing a Sports Medicine Specialist, your medical doctor may not even address the best ways at reducing back pain.

First, you have to know where the pain originates…secondly, you have to know how to alleviate the triggers.

Sitting is one of the worst things you can do for your back and your posture. Right now, you may be sitting with a lax stomach, and hunched forward at your desk or phone while reading this post. Caught ya, right?
I’ll be you suddenly sat up straight and pulled in your belly right?

Now, what if I told you that there are hidden muscles that go from the front of your body to the back and that most of the time you don’t stretch or work them out? These muscles are the hip flexors. They are responsible for everything from how much belly fat shows up, to your sex drive, to your posture, to your pain levels.

Unfortunately, most doctors never utter the words “hip flexors” to anyone that is experiencing back pain.

If you are suffering from debilitating back pain or any pain in the region of your core, hips, or back, you need and want relief.
