Rotator Cuff injury is a common problem in most athletes at some point in their strength training careers. If we understand how our bodies work, then maybe we can be better equipped with how to prevent injuries. Between stabilizing, strengthening, mobility, preparing and recovering, the shoulder is a very complex body part. Take the extra 10 minutes before all workouts to warm up, do some mobility work and prepare your body for what you are about to put it through.
