The thyroid is responsible for many bodily functions. Exercise and dieting is a common struggle. Some of us are too tired, others too lethargic. That’s why I created Thyroid Friendly Workouts for Women.
I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism after nearly ruining my adrenals. I either was too tired to work out…or extremely energized.
One day I was sleeping all day and barely eating. The next I was energized and my hair was falling out. I was gaining weight rapidly, and frustration was setting in.
Many women know when something is wrong. Even if their doctor tells them otherwise like mine did.
My mother was diagnosed with her thyroid disorder decades before me. And…thyroid disorders are known to be hereditary.
So, it only made sense when I went from an exercise maniac, to too tired to walk.
What was happening to me?
I ate healthier than most. Dieting was a part of every girl’s life, so I didn’t seem to be doing anything that all my friends weren’t trying.
Why was I gaining weight despite all my efforts?
Doctors told me that I was “on the fence” with my thyroid numbers. One told me that I should either exercise more. Another said to “walk for exercise” because what I was doing was too hard on my body.
Results were what I was looking for. Happiness. A slimmer body that felt energized like it used to…and of course, how to look better!
No-one would listen.
After years of doing my own research, I found help.
Integrative healht specialists asked ME to share my info after I paid them thousands! I was even asked to speak to a group of women about my experience!

No-one mentioned that the type of exercises that I was doing were actually harmful! I was taxing my body instead of healing it.
When I finally started to think differently and shifted my dieting to NOT dieting…I found success!
Calorie counting and doing hours of cardio were a horrible choice.
Omitting entire food groups was even worse.
Everything that my friends did, didn’t work for me!
