Going Keto is cool. Or, is it? Telling your friends that you’ve had success in any diet these days is probably what’s cool.

If you’re over 40 and female, most likely you have tried trendy diets in the past. I’ll be you have lost weight on some of them.

But did you keep it off?

You’re smart. You KNOW that just because a friend followed a plan and had success…that you may not.

The truth about this matter is that there is not just one diet that is good for all. I also mean that even if a diet works this week…at another point in your life, it may not.

Sometimes, our bodies needs differ. We may be more active than last year, or less. We may be ill or on a new medication. I am hypothyroid, so I have to switch it up regularly.

You may be exhausted. Maybe you don’t eat enough. Maybe you don’t sleep enough. However, what you eat, has EVERYTHING to do with your energy levels.
