If you’ve have unexplained weight gain, you may have a thyroid disorder. Weight loss with thyroid disease does not have to be impossible. I suffered for years before I became and expert to women, and you can read my story HERE!
Doctors told me that “I was on the fence” with my numbers. Are you aware that according the The National Association for Thyroid disease that over 20 million Americans suffer? And, that 60,000 of them don’t even know they have thyroid disease.
There are so many arguments in the thyroid community about what works. Conventional doctors only believe in prescribing Synthroid. Synthroid was the most commonly prescribed medication in the US in 2016!
My doctor put me on that medication and I felt no relief. My symptoms of weight gain with thyroid disease in addition to hair loss and temperature issues got worse.
Thankfully, I was able to get access to studies. And, I started taking notes on what worked for the community of thyroid disease sufferers. Many women were beside themselves with depression and weight gain.
So many women had questions that doctors couldn’t, or would’t answer!
Lifestyle and dietary changes are mandatory. Working out less may be better, but you need to know what to do to facilitate weight loss. Extreme diets can be horrible when you are hypothyroid.
Most women could not afford to seek integrative health, or didn’t trust what they were being told. When you know what’s normal for YOU…you know when something isn’t right!
This is a lot of information if you think you have thyroid disease or have been told that you do. Exactly why I created a THYROID BLUEPRINT for WOMEN to take the stress away!
