BURN CALORIES IN 20 MINUTE CIRCUIT TRAINING SESSION

I know, too busy to work out for hours right? Do this workout either at home, or in your gym, and you will feel the burn, and torch calories for hours after, using this circuit training session.

All you need, to burn mega calories………

Timer
2 10 lb dumbbells
1 bench
1 jump rope
loud, and hard music!

Jump rope 1 minute
Step ups on bench w weights 30 seconds each leg
10 body weight jump squats
rest 2 minutes

10 jump squats w weights
10 stationary lunges w weights
10 step ups on each leg w bodyweight
rest 2 minutes

10 alternating standing shoulder presses w weights
Jump rope 1 minute
10 upright rows
10 seated shoulder presses
rest 2 minutes

Jump rope 1 minute
step ups on bench (no weights)
10 jump squats w weights
rest 2 minutes

10 Jump squats w weights
10 stationary lunges each leg w bodyweight
10 deep squats w bodyweight
rest 2 minutes

10 standing alternating shoulder presses
10 alternating front raises
10 seated shoulder presses

wipe up sweat, stretch, hydrate…………
Pat yourself on the butt…….it will be fatigued!!

See…….20 minutes, butt kicked……onto the holiday” have to do” list!
Always start your day with your blood flowing, and doing something for yourself…..that way you will feel better about spending the rest of the day, doing for others!
