FREE Health, Nutrition, Exercise, Anti-Aging Advice

With so many sites on Google, and so much misinformation out there, how do you know who to listen to, and who to stay away from? What is the safest, most usable, and healthiest place to get information so that you can use it in daily life? And…what determines an expert? I believe that with over 25+ years of experience “in the field” and countless sources of information from teaching colleges, to doctors, natural health care providers and fitness pros, my newsletter is one of the top FREE health, nutrition, exercise anti-aging advice sites around.

Not only do I own a gym with my husband, and coach clients from 23-80…I have a background in sports nutrition, have competed in sports, and have found ways to overcome many of the symptoms of hypothyroidism naturally.

I used to think that people just didn’t care being that there was SO much information out there and people still remained “in the dark” about health issues.. Now I completely understand that there are so many conflicting messages, that people are confused.

I love to research, read citations, and get deep into why the body works, and how…and even more so when it doesn’t. My family and friends call me “Dr. Dawn” and I have “helped people to find diagnosis’, given family and friends a list of questions to ask their doctors…and done most of the legwork..so that my followers and loved ones, get on the right track to health.

I am passionate about coaching people into living long and strong lives, with functional strength and vitality so that we can all live well into our 100’s!
