1.Start each day with a glass of the juice of one half of a lemon and some fresh ginger.
This combo not only revitalizes your energy levels, the combo will kickstart your digestive system!
2. Take a brisk quick walk, stretch, and take 3 deep breaths.
Feeling tired from sitting at your desk can give you a case of the sleepy eyelids.
Stand up and walk up a flight of stairs, or walk around the office quickly.
Reach with hands overhead clasped, and take a deep belly filling breath in and pull hands to one side as you exhale. Repeat on the other side.
3. Drink a cup of green tea or take a green tea capsule with lunch.

4. Eat a snack containing a bit of lean protein, and a small amount of healthy fats to boost energy around that 3 pm slump.
