Burn off fat while just sitting watching TV

Do you have muscles that burn calories for you even if you’re sitting on the couch? If not, that means they need to get bigger. Bigger muscles burn more calories, even while at rest.
If you have either skipped meals, or followed diets throughout your life…or been a non-breakfast eater…then you are doing your metabolism a disservice.  You are forcing it to come to a halt and forcing your body to STORE fat instead of BURN it.
