Weight loss and obesity are two topics that have the anti-aging doctors and specialists heads ready to explode! With waistlines growing larger and larger we now know that the epidemic of chronic obesity shortens life.

3. Exercise using functional strength movements with bodyweight only.
As you get stronger, add in a set of dumbbells to torch more calories efficiently.
