Coconut Oil….hmmm? When there is a “latest and greatest” I choose to be the Devil’s advocate and look for information that comes from a source NOT selling the product. I really like this site, and how they go about their tests. Listen to this video, and make your own choices. Sure, coconut oil tastes good, heats up well, can be used for baking and sauteing, however: is it good for you? Should it replace butter, or olive oil, or anything else? Or as some people think, should I start adding it to things since it is supposed to be “healthy?” See how the comparisons are done, and as with everything, search for the healthy answer.There is no motive other than education here, check out the link below:
