Most women want to lose weight before they join a gym. I say that you don’t even need to go to the gym! Here are my Follow along 7 Minute Workouts that will tone, sculpt and reshape your body!

It isn’t how LONG you work out…it’s WHAT movement patterns you use.

Cardio can actually burn through the only firm thing on your body! I know…you’re thinking there isn’t anything firm on you. Nonsense!

I have owned a gym with my husband and regularly have this conversation with new members. The men want to get stronger and lose belly fat. The women want to lose weight.
