Hormonal Weight Gain after Menopause

Posted: November 14, 2019

There’s a lot of conflicting information out there and it’s sometimes hard to take advice from someone who’s never walked in your shoes. Weight gain after menopause is not something that HAS to happen.

This is especially for those of you that may be over the age of 50. That’s the age that most women experience hormonal weight gain after 50. And, if that includes you, then you know that you have a few more challenges to face.

I have. Although I was heavier in my early 30’s than I am now…I lost that weight. Only to find it again as I approached Menopause. My hormonal weight gain after menopause was “shrugged off” by my PA due to my age.

She actually said this. “You know, you ARE 50. Most women gain a lot more than you have.” That was NOT what I wanted to hear.

I decided that I had to help myself…and when I did I knew I was onto something! CLICK HERE TO SEE WHAT I DID AND READ MY STORY!
She didn’t even care that I mentioned that I had gained 8 pounds in 2 months and I’m only 5′ tall! (not a lot of places for the weight to spread out!)

The good news is that if you are a woman, especially near 50, read on. Or, if you are older, you can get in better shape than you did when you were in your 20’s by using my plan.

I have helped hundreds of women over the last decade and more. I am now 60, and feel great and still wear a bikini!

What are the secrets of those who seem to defy the clock?

That’s exactly what I will share with you if you feel too tired to work out. And, if you feel that your hormones are taking over your life.

Time for you to take your sexy back, and reshape your body and your energy levels.
I did. And, you can too.
