This is especially for those of you that may be over the age of 50. That’s the age that most women experience hormonal weight gain after 50. And, if that includes you, then you know that you have a few more challenges to face.
I have. Although I was heavier in my early 30’s than I am now…I lost that weight. Only to find it again as I approached Menopause. My hormonal weight gain after menopause was “shrugged off” by my PA due to my age.
She actually said this. “You know, you ARE 50. Most women gain a lot more than you have.” That was NOT what I wanted to hear.
