How to look 10 years younger

As we age, what we see in the mirror, usually becomes more important. Thankfully, what we feel inside may be calming down, but aging is not something we want to feel. These days, youthful bodies are in the media, and they make us feel suddenly older. I’m going to give you the tools on how to look 10 years younger, and how to feel like you did when you were in your 20s!

Aging happens to us all. But how fast it happens, and our attitude can make us seem older than our years, or much more youthful. A person that is negative, and stuck in their ways at 50, can seem older than a 65 year old that loves new adventures.

Be sure to think about the tips below, and take action on the ones that may make an exciting difference in your future.

Here are the best ways to feel youthful, and how to look 10 years younger!

  1. Do something physical that you have never done before. – Plan a vacation around activities such as hiking, paddleboarding, kayaking, or rafting. These activities will keep your blood flowing while enjoying nature.
  2. Start lifting weights. Or if you have not exercised in a while, check out my 7 Minute Follow along workout videos that you can do at home to kickstart a stalled metabolism.
  3. Attend concerts and festivals that attract the younger generation. Now, I don’t mean go and start headbanging…but go see a real show that younger people love. Listening to music with a beat can be loved by all ages. And, get up and move when your body feels the urge to!
  4. Stick to a skin care regimen that wards off aging and rids old damaged skin. Use sunscreen every day, and exfoliate, at least once weekly. Use anti-aging serums that contain peptides, ceramides and plum skin. Use retinol that helps produce more collagen. And, never sleep with makeup on as this will clog pores.
  5. Drink water all day long! Taking in at least half of your bodyweight in ounces of water daily is imperative to better brain power, a slimmer figure, and more energy!
  6. Hang out with positive people. – Many older people love to talk about “the good-ol days.” Find people that think that TODAY is the best day, and learn from them. Negative people make you smile less, and feel inner anger. Our world is already in turmoil. Find ways to find inner peace so that you can feel and look younger while smiling and living calmly.

These ideas are things that will help you feel amazing, and are keys in how to look 10 years younger. When we feel better, we look better. If you put these to practice daily, you’ll never care how many candles are on your cake!
