I am a book, and magazine junkie. I read, and subscribe to many magazines. I love a book about strength training that I can read, and get training ideas from. I plan workouts, get nutritional information, and supplement info every night before I go to bed. I still in the world of computers, love the feel of a book, or magazine in my hands! I subscribe to Oxygen, Fitness Rx, Natural Health, Yoga Journal, and Women’s Health. Some of my favorite writers in the fitness field, that have written many books are Tosca Reno, Alwyn and Rachel Cosgrove, and Brad Schoenfeld. They are the people that other fitness trainers look up to. These people are the “brains and bodies” of the health and fitness world. Oh yes, there are many other people I follow on the internet. I have paid for their advice, and subscribe to their newsletters, and blogs, but I am having a hard time trying to decide at night…..go on the internet, or lay in bed with a book, or magazine? 

As far as the internet goes, the top people I go to are Craig Ballantyne….”king” of Turbulence Training…..has made millions transforming the bodies and lives of people with his easily affordable videos and plan. Dr. Joel Fuhrman… can come close to how important his message of health, and wellness are to everyone. His books and videos have saved lives and taken people from disease ridden and obese, to fit, energetic, and without medication. 
My point is this…..stop asking your “friends”. Go to the top for information about your body, and your health. Get your information from sources that have been in the industry for years with tried and true, healthy plans. Not gimmicks and “quick fixes”. There are no magic pills. Hard work, perseverance, patience, and knowledge are what will help you towards your goal of wellness, and strength.
