1. SET ATTAINABLE GOALS.
Break your goals up into attainable, small, goals, as in weekly, or daily items. (When you accomplish
small goals, you are more apt to reach higher.)
example: I will drink 5 glasses of water today.
I will do cardio intervals 3 times this week.
I will pack my healthy lunch, the night before, every day this week.
I will add weights to my gym routine…..or circuits, or intervals…etc.

” I’ll do it when I lose weight..”
” I tried it before, and it didn’t work.”
