When we are stressed, sad, mad, or bored, we may eat more. Many of us, (especially women) fall into the category of “emotional eaters.” We eat to soothe ourselves. I’m going to help you overcome emotional overeating and feel happy again!

Unfortunately, that process that was meant to “soothe” when super emotional, comes back to bite us in the ass!

Sorry. I meant that LITERALLY.

Suddenly we are looking at a bloated belly, jeans that don’t fit and only wearing shirts untucked.
Weight gain creeps up. Next, we buy Spanx, and don’t want to be seen naked or in Summer attire. We are miserable and sometimes even ashamed.
