Eating healthy is more than trying to keep off weight and stay energized. Certain foods have a big impact on health in negative, and positive ways. Superfoods for optimal health and immunity are the best way to be sure you are keeping your body, fighting strong!


Here are my top 10 that you should add to your life for optimal immunity, more energy, less stress, and less excess weight. 

1. Avocados -eat sliced with scrambled eggs, or spread on Ezekiel toast

2. Ground Bison – makes a great taco salad if you spice it up a lot!

3. Fatty Fish – Great sources of anti-inflammatory agents and loaded with protein.

4. Blueberries – great on any salad or smoothie

5. Nuts – A handful of raw and unsalted cashews, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and brazil nuts is always on hand for a snack loaded with plant-based protein, healthy fats, and staying power!

6. Feta Cheese – actually has digestive enzymes in it!’

7. Kefir and/or plain full fat yogurt –  loaded with probiotics and protein
