In the world of dieting…most of us think of what we cannot eat, and how much to exercise. What we forget is that weight loss and mindset go hand in hand.

As a female fat loss coach and gym owner…I have heard what women struggle with.

They struggle with anger and despair. Most of them are mad at themselves that they “let themselves go.”

It makes me sad when women feel badly about what they look like or feel like.

I have a mantra that I remind them of. “You cannot change anything until you change your mind.”

What that means, is that the real “shift” has to come from what we say to ourselves and what we think.

You have the power to shift the patterns that you are used to, and they usually start with that voice inside of our heads.
