Another birthday can make you feel like you’re aging faster than ever. So can weight gain, hormones, thyroid issues and all things female related. When we don’t like the way we feel or look, we lose our confidence. I’m excited to say that I’ve been coined “the women’s confidence expert on wellness from the women in my gym.

Many women feel invisible after they hit 50 because it seems that society is only focused on the young and beautiful.

From the images in the media of beautiful bodies and young women making millions. to the focus on plastic surge.. How are we supposed to feel confident as we age?

Confidence comes from a feeling of “having control.” It comes from an inside place of happiness that we feel we¬†can share outwardly.
It doesn’t come from jealousy or wishing we were someone else. It comes from knowing what to do with what we have, or how to make powerful and positive changes.

I have coached women for over 20+ years into lives of happiness in bodies that feel and look great.

I am not an advocate of extreme exercise or fad diets. I am passionate about helping women achieve lives that they love to be in, and bodies that are prepared for a vital future with do-able daily tips.

With sources of books, summits and other women to rely on, I have built a following of women that are powerful and ready to take on the future, and I want to share that with you.
