We need complex carbohydrates. Carbohydrates for energy and weight loss will change your body if you change your mind first.

You must put aside all of the old notions that carbs are bad. Your body needs carbs to function well.

Your brain, your moods, and your energy levels depend on carbs.

Of course we have all seen the headlines and trends that you can go low carb for weight loss.

Well, of course you can “weigh less,” be more tired, crankier, and have a sluggish metabolism if that’s what you want.

You can also only maintain this for a short period of time, and have cravings that will set you up for bingeing!

Constipation, lethargy and cravings are also part of a very low carb diet.

I know that you want your body to function at it’s optimal levels, with vitality, and power. Fiber and nutrient density is where carbohydrates for energy and weight loss will become your friend!
