I’m now a woman over 55, and a female life and wellness coach, and I have seen a lot. In my past, I have experienced weight gain and tried strict diets. Just like you, I have lost weight and gained it back.
Having a thyroid disorder usually makes many women feel and look sick and lethargic. Some women experience stomach issues, hair loss and belly bloating.
It took me years to get my body, my weight and my energy levels back. And now, I am considered an expert in the field and I’d love it if you let me help YOU!

Here’s what I don’t do:
- I don’t follow a strict diet
- I don’t exercise every day, or for hours.
- I don’t sleep at night to wake up and feel lethargic.
I feel youthful and really good on most days. And, I really like my body and it’s shape.

Here is what I do:
- I eat for energy.
- I exercise a couple of times weekly for a short period of time
- I sleep for 7 hours at night.
- I eat pure foods, put pure things on my skin, have an alternative medical person that I trust…and
- I coach women to do the same.
